Jabre’s Car Cleaning Service is a Philadelphia-based business that was started by an 11-year-old during the summer of 2020. I designed an identity to build brand trust and help the young entrepreneur go farther.

Due to distance and COVID I couldn’t be there in-person, so I shared this video presentation with Jabre and his mom.

 

Building brand trust and loyalty

Making a first impression with branded apparel and cleaning supplies instantly elevates Jabre’s from that nice neighborhood kid who cleans cars to a legit professional car cleaning service, and positions the brand for future growth and opportunities.

 

Amplify why they buy

Quality of service is important for any car cleaning business. But for Jabre, customers seem to choose him over potential competitors for more of an emotional reason—to play a part in the entrepreneurial story of this young, Black-owned business.

By empathizing with Jabre’s clients and considering the motivating factors in their buying decision I was able to strategically squeeze in a bit of product and messaging magic—even on a small branding project.

When you know what sets you apart, it’s easier to lean into it and give the people exactly what they came for.
